  • Auto-hauler trailer.

Trying to scramble now to get a trailer to pull my YJ to Rausch and whatever other not-close trips we have coming up.

U-Haul states "it is too far in advance to schedule an auto-hauler, so we will call you 48 hours in advance to let you know if we have a trailer, and if we do we will let you know where it is so you can pick it up"

48 hours? sounds like I need a strong backup plan... I'm doing to Rausch damnit.

So this is where I ask - anyone know anyone selling a good car hauler? with dual axle and electric brakes, 7-pin style? clean... works.. I'll put brakes and crap on it or run wiring idc. I just want it to not be a rotted out rusty junk.

or I could pay to use one that will make the trip... and return it when we get back...

My budget isn't great... new baby and all.... Still need to convince my wife it's a "smart buy" yeah this won't go over well.

Let me know on leads please...

    Thanks friends!

Can your YJ be flat towed? I have a tow bar.

Depending on your front bumper, you might need to make up some brackets.

TJ my friend you can delete this thread if you'd like. I've decided I'm done trying to find a stupid trailer and just to buy one... no more pulling hairs.
